We share our love for plant-based Indian cuisine in the form of online cooking classes and cooking workshops on location. We also try to inspire you with tasty recipes and share information about topics that concern us, such as: a healthy plant-based diet, sustainability, minimalism and of course we share more about the rich and diverse Indian culture.

Cookbook:
The plantbased Indian kitchen

In this cookbook you will find the most commonly made vegetable recipes from Amit's family archive. This cookbook contains 70 traditional recipes, the ingredients of which are easy to obtain and it gives you a good insight into what food tastes like in an Indian household.

THE JIVEN PROJECT

One of the reasons we started this platform and started giving Indian cooking workshops is because we want to do something for the Indian population. What started with the dream of building a library in the village where Amit's father comes from has grown into The Jiven Project.
