Automated Storage, Processing and Decision Making

• Ascend – This program is part of WIX that makes it possible to create and send newsletters.

• Adyen – This is a payment service provider, which means that they handle your payments when you purchase a product from us.

How long do we keep personal data?

Hey Groentje does not store your personal data longer than necessary and uses the following retention periods:

For our newsletter we only need your name and e-mail address. When you purchase a subscription for the online cooking platform, we store the data with which you register. If you have not purchased a product and you unsubscribe or your subscription expires, you will be inactive. We regularly clean our contact list. With a paid product from our website, we need more data. We are legally obliged to keep these for 7 years.

Sharing personal data to third parties

Hey Groentje shares your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our work. We conclude a processor agreement with these companies to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Cookies

Like almost every website, we also use cookies (functional, analytical and tracking).
