It wasn't until he came to the Netherlands and learned about veganism that he realized that the tastiest recipes made at home were already plant-based. Shortly after meeting Danielle, he introduced her to the great flavors of Indian cuisine. This inspired her to visit his family in India and learn some tricks in the kitchen from Amit's mother and grandmother.
