In this cookbook you will find the most commonly made vegetable recipes from Amit's family archive. It wasn't until he came to the Netherlands and learned about veganism that he realized that the tastiest recipes made at home were already plant-based. Shortly after meeting Danielle, he introduced her to the great flavors of Indian cuisine. This inspired her to visit his family in India and learn some tricks in the kitchen from Amit's mother and grandmother.

 

In our view, Indian cuisine is most suitable for a healthy and tasty plant-based diet. This cookbook contains traditional recipes, the ingredients of which are easy to obtain and it gives you a good insight into what food tastes like in an Indian household.
